I've been trying to figure this out for about 362 days, 4 hours, twelve minutes, and about forty two, wait three Seconds. There is much more than the normal unnecessary bullshit going on, when it comes to public services. Every single circle each agency, county worker, or city employee tries to create for someone that has a legitimate need is absolutely Ludacris.

Although, I do hate this word with a passion; it's redonkulous.

Ridiculousness is the only way to describe

'what the fuck is really going on'.

You picked the wrong fucking dude.

wait....noooo; nevermind.

Will lay out all of these, not so uncommon, practices in:

Awareness!

It Is Here Now...

Law enforcement was used again today- the day I wrote this, to try and stop me from sharing all this documented information; almost like clock-work after I begin posting or publishing. There so much evidence it's fucking redonkulous.

"As of early 2026, federal and local authorities are aggressively investigating corruption and fraud in homeless funding, particularly in California, where $24 billion spent over five years saw homelessness increase by nearly 30,000. A new DOJ task force is probing misuse of funds, and a major investigation recently led to the arrest of a charity director for allegedly stealing $10 million in homeless aid.

Key Investigations and Developments (2025-2026)

  • Homelessness Fraud & Corruption Task Force: Formed in April 2025 in California's Central District to investigate the theft of private donations and misuse of public funds.

  • Major Fraud Case: In January 2026, a Los Angeles charity director was arrested for allegedly swindling $23 million in public money intended for homelessness services, spending funds on a $7 million house and luxury cars.

  • State Audit Findings: A 2024 audit found California’s Department of Housing and Community Development lacked adequate controls to prevent fraud and failed to perform risk assessments.

  • Continued Investigations: In February 2026, Congressman Kevin Kiley requested a federal investigation into California’s spending on housing, social services, and related sectors.

Common Types of Fraud Targeted

  • Misappropriation of Funds: Non-profits or contractors using public funds for personal luxury items, real estate, or private school tuition.

  • Fictitious Services: Invoicing for services or shelter beds that were never provided.

  • Grant Mismanagement: Failing to use awarded funds to combat homelessness, leading to millions in public funds sitting idle or expiring."
